**Juicing + Fermented Foods**

My last post about doctors beginning to realize that bacteria plays a key role in the development of Crohn’s Disease and Colitis, has really given me motivation.  It shows that the body needs healthy bacteria, enzymes and nutrients to operate properly and avoid sickness.  I get these key things from juicing daily and now I will from additions to my diet.  

I received instructions on how to create fermented foods from “Non GMO Project Verified” on Facebook.  My next mission is to create some of these foods and basically flood the body with live strong probiotics on a long term daily basis.  This along with the daily juicing habit, should create a perfect bacteria balance and prevent any possible relapse if I eat something wrong here or there.  

The key to all of this is to make juicing and diet a lifestyle and not ever think of it as a diet or fad. This is a new way to live your life.  

Clean Eating = Food that give you what your body needs – just a few ingredients!

Avoid GMO, Preservatives and chemicals = The overall cause of your Crohn’s Disease.

Juicing = Flush toxins, heal ulcers, inflammation, immunity, fight cancer, enzymes.

Probiotic Foods = Build a strong balance against harmful organisms and sickness.

Herbal Supplements = Garlic, oregano – kill yeast, fungi, bacteria, parasites. 

Keep in mind that the herbal supplements are only there in the beginning when you have a large imbalance going.  Juicing can taper down a bit as you correct the imbalance and see results.  I started off at closer to 32oz a day and I am going for 15oz daily at this point.  Food needs to be a new way of life!  Read labels and don’t ever go back to the horrid imbalance.  It is not worth putting processed food back in and ruining your progress.  



The Cause of Crohn’s : The American Diet



As I look at my world statistics for this blog site each day, I notice which country has the most hits and countries that I have never seen yet on the list.  America always leads the pack in web hits by far!  Many countries from Europe hit the list from time to time.  I rarely see countries like India, China or Japan.  One might say that the people in these countries have no need to do a web search for Crohn’s and juicing.  I believe they have the internet in these places – haha. 

It is so completely obvious that the food we eat here that is processed is the root cause.  The diet in these other countries is far different and the statistics for Crohn’/Colitis is dramatically lower.  Also, Crohn’s is a younger individuals disease.  Many who get this ailment are from age 15-35.  It is more uncommon for those who are older to get this.  Maybe because they grew up with real food and not the paragraph long ingredient list of today.  Something to think about I would say. 

Now don’t expect juicing to be the magic cure if you go right out and have a cheese burger and some soda. You have to make a major change to stop the weekly trips to the pharmacy. 

Avoid to Heal

  • High Fructose Corn Syrup
  • Hydrogenated oils
  • Anything Diet!!!
  • Bleached white flours
  • High Sugar Foods (candy)
  • Red 40, Blue 1 ect…
  • TBHQ
  • Bromelated Vegetable Oil
  • MSG
  • Sodium Nitrate
  • Tap Water!!

All of these are known Carcinogens that change to Cancer when ingested!!  Go and look this up – It is public knowledge, but nobody wants it to be true!! I am willing to bet that one or two of these above is the cause of Autoimmune Disease. 

When you cut all of the above out and stop poisoning yourself, you start to heal and the juicing gives it a big boost!!! 



Juicing = Health for you and a paycut for them!!


The Problem :

One day in the distant future, doctors will finally catch on about how our western diet has caused many of our chronic health problems. If fact, they probably know this already because they are smart, but they also know that this knowledge will not make them money.  The drug companies definitely know about this!  This food to disease link seems so obvious to me.  When you eat food it physically touches the walls of your intestines and gets absorbed. If it contains bad ingredients in it, it will harm your body.  Over time, if you eat this same harmful food, you will develop chronic disease.  I am not a doctor and I think this is pretty easy to understand. 

When you look at countries like India and China, you see a sharp decrease in Crohn’s Disease and other chronic illness.  The reason is that they eat a completely different diet than we do.  How can this be? They are human just like us and live on Earth.  They eat real food and not processed chemical infused food.  In the previous post, it stated that in Japan Crohn’s Disease is rising because of the influence of western foods(processed/fast foods). 

This food that contains a paragraph of ingredients is the cause of autoimmune disease.  Yes, I said it!  You consume this food on a daily basis, it turns to acid, the chemicals disturb your gut flora and create an imbalance.  The immune system depends on this delicate balance and starts to attack everything. The vicious cycle of inflammation starts to occur and you take massive amounts of pills to suppress it.  You continue to eat the food that harms the balance of flora and the cycle continues until you have surgery. 

Healing/Reversal :

When I found out about all the crazy food ingredients to avoid and eliminated them from my diet completely, I stopped the attack on my gut flora.  I began to juice the very fruits and veggies that I was avoiding and flooded my body with enzymes, vitamins, prebiotics and probiotics.  The harmful bacteria was flushed out and the good bacteria replaced it.  My symptoms vanished and I felt amazing in just a few days without medicine.  My body is now able to heal itself!  It is designed to do that.  The next time your doctor says “food has nothing to do with it, just take your medication”.  Walk out, because that doctor is not doing the research and not taking the time to figure out why his patients are suffering.
