So, you have Crohn’s Disease and you have come to the right place! It is time to do something about it and be proactive. If it does not work out then at least you tried.
Many just have no idea what someone with this life-long health issue goes through on a daily basis and how defeated they feel because they have tried so many treatments.
Juicing is the only treatment that has lasted this long 6 years for me. I believe that Crohn’s disease is a strong imbalance of gut flora that sets up an endless cycle that is really hard to break. Juicing will provide food for the good flora, cleanse out the harmful flora and neutralize acid to help create a healthy environment in the gut.
A long time ago before diagnosis, I was starting my first year of teaching. I drank one 12oz glass of cranberry juice in the morning each day along with a yogurt (probiotics). I had not a sniffle or anything the whole year long! As you know, new teachers get sick daily when first starting. Cranberries are awesome for you!!!
I hope you enjoy this one and add an apple in to cut the tart of the cranberry if you like.
