Strong Immunity Juice Recipe


Juice for Immunity:

  • 3 Oranges
  • 3 Clementines
  • 4-5 Carrots
  • 1/4 Pineapple
  • 1/2 lemon with skin

It’s that time of year again when getting sick seems to happen every other week.  Or it takes forever to get rid of a simple sinus infection.  This juice is really tasty and full of vitamin C.

  1. Speaking of vitamin C, you might consider supplementing it as well. I myself have experienced the good effects of dosing it to bowel tolerance (indicating the body is saturated with C).

    • I believe that through juicing you get a large amount of vit C depending on the mixture that you create. I also take a multi vit that contains 200% C . I truly believe that C is one of the helpful components as it works with the immune system where crohn’s likes to do it’s damage. Good stuff:)
