Flaredown is a simple, beautiful way to track chronic illness. Create your own unique set of symptoms, treatments and triggers and Flaredown will log them over time so you can understand what really makes you feel better. Show your data to your doctor so they have a complete picture of your health, and learn from the experience of hundreds of other people dealing with chronic illness. Made by patients, for patients, Flaredown will be free forever.

We are the first community focused on finding evidence-based answers to the questions patients are asking right now. That’s because Flaredown learns specifically about the things patients choose to track. Connect with others battling similar illnesses to answer questions like:

  • What effect does stress have on Lupus?
  • Is apple cider helpful for treating rheumatoid arthritis?
  • Does oregano oil help with autoimmune symptoms?
  • Does the specific carbohydrate diet help with Crohn’s?
Flaredown is for all chronic conditions including autoimmune, inflammatory and invisible illnesses. We’re 100 percent funded through IndieGoGo and our own pocketbooks. We’re a group of patients hoping to help others improve quality of life because waiting to get better is not living.
Please consider donating to our IndieGoGo campaign. All funds go directly to expanding and upgrading the app.
