10 Ingredient Anti-inflammatory Juice


I know that there are a lot of ingredients in this recipe, but the cool thing is how you can get all of this into your body and through your Gi tract so quickly.  I would never be able to eat all of this in any stretch of time.  Besides, I am not medically allowed to eat these whole anyway.

My reason for juicing keeps changing, but I never stop.  The main reason now is to get all of the nutrients and vitamins from food that I am not allowed to eat anymore.  The food that I eat now is cooked, soft and very digestible.  There are no fruits and veggies going in and that is why I created this juice below.  What a tasty one it is by the way!! Really good if you get your pineapple ripe enough:)

Deep Red Nutrition

  • 2 Apples
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 1 beet
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 orange
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 2 turmeric root 1inch (optional)
  • 1inch ginger

It has been a rocky ride this year and I am being very careful with my diet.  I am taking the medicine that I am told to take and I am juicing every day at about 24+oz in a mason jar.  Day by day!
