After an incredible response not to stop this blog and not being highly medicated while writing a post, I have decided to take your advice and keep this little thing going. It was nice to hear many people say how much of the information on this blog has helped them in some way.
It is very easy to fall into a depressed state over all of this especially when you try to do everything perfectly. I don’t do well with setbacks.
My new approach is to listen to my doctors and take what they tell me to take for as long as they say. I intend to eat a balanced diet of digestible foods with no experimenting on nuts, seeds, or hard to process food. I am going to juice every other day, but at about 24+ oz because it keeps me energized and it is just so good for you.
As for this blog, I will continue to post anything that might benefit anyone including food ideas, recipes, and supplements. If you have something to share, I can certainly shape a post for you and get your ideas out as well.
