Juicing + Raw food Living Lifestyle

http://www.fullyraw.com/the-21-day-meal-plan/ – Recipes for raw food ideas:)

When you add daily juicing into your life once a day, your getting a burst of enzymes, vitamins, nutrients, alkalinity and energy. Why not maximize that nutrition and energy all day long through food choices.

The above link will take you to Kristina’s 21 day meal plan challenge.  It is free and that is how you know that she cares only to share amazing ideas for health.  If you get a chance to check out her youtube pg https://www.youtube.com/user/FullyRawKristina : you will see the energy and vitality that she has from this lifestyle.  Plus all of the food ideas look really super tasty.

I have all ready added fruit to each morning for breakfast (pineapple, melons, orange, banana, ect..) and I plan on adding more power green salads too.  My goal is to use her 21 day meal plan to slowly add in more raw foods and maybe one day I will be eating mostly raw foods.

Why am I going to make this change?

When you cook your food and it gets to a certain temperature, you begin to kill any bacteria or harmful microbes within the food and that is very good.  You also begin to kill off any beneficial components like probiotic or enzymes.  By eating some of the food raw, I am getting the same nutrition as when I add raw juice to my day.  Plus some of the food that is cooked does not do very good things to the gi tract such as inflammation, indigestion and acidity.

The challenge above is a super idea!  You do not have to jump into a fully raw diet for 21 days.  You just need to add in one raw food idea per day for 21 days.  As you move along through this challenge, you can personally add more than 1 a day and end up fully raw by 21 if you choose.

Check out Kristina and her food/juicing ideas above and I will be trying out some recipes today.  Thank you Kristina for your inspirations! Take care everyone:)
