I created this mixture for my kids when they were getting sick and it really works to ease a cough or loosen things up. It is also great for the gut because it fosters good flora production and kills off harmful bacteria, fungi and viruses. Here is the recipe and an explanation of benefits for each ingredient.
Feed your gut elixir = Mix together
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 whole lemon squeezed
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar(with the mother)

As I was looking through these sites, I kept on seeing amazing benefits for those with Crohn’s Disease with each and every ingredient.
