Crohn’s Crazy 8 Juice

I just hit up Trader Joe’s and I have a full array of ingredients for a new recipe.  This one has a multitude of color, flavor and beneficial properties to reverse Crohn’s symptoms.  The goal here is to create recipes that actually heal your Gi lining, support good bacteria growth, and make you feel awesome from wake to sleep!

Crohn’s Crazy 8

  • 2 medium apples – colon detoxing
  • 1 orange peeled – Immunity
  • 1/4 cucumber – Hydration and skin health
  • 3 Celery stalks – Hydration and Anti-cancer!
  • 1/2 lemon with skin – anti-inflammatory
  • 1/2 fennel bulb – anti-gas, anti-parasitic
  • 1 inch ginger– anti-inflammatory
  • 1/4 of pineapple – Anti-inflammatory, digestion support

This recipe started off based on the pineapple and then I added the fennel, apple and orange to mix with it.  The other ingredients make this drink a powerhouse to heal you from the inside.  This was sweet and a bit tangy from the lemon.  It had a nice mint green color to it as well and was fairly light and fresh.

This whole juicing trend has become quite the fad for many out there.  Just make sure that it becomes your new lifestyle and not just a passing fad.  Everyone needs to do at least one healthy thing for themselves each day.  I am doing my one healthy thing at about 3:15 every day.  Pick a time and do it, 8oz or more.  Don’t just do a challenge for 20 days and stop. This is going to revitalize every minute of your life.  Get going!

  1. Greetings! Quick question that’s entirely off topic.
Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly?

My web site looks weird when browsing from my iphone4.
I’m trying to find a theme or plugin that might be able to correct
this problem. If you have any suggestions, please share.
    With thanks!

  2. I would like to thank you for the efforts you’ve put in writing
this website. I am hoping to see the same high-grade content by you
in the future as well. In fact, your creative writing abilities has encouraged me to get my own, personal website now 😉
