My personal mission for juicing in the beginning was to decrease the inflammation in the gut and juicing has been nothing short of amazing for that. My new mission is to create a thriving environment for beneficial bacteria by eliminate all parasites, fungi and candida yeast. Chlorophyll is embedded in leafy greens that you can juice and add to other helpful ingredients. Here is a juice loaded with Chlorophyll that also tastes pretty good as well.
Crohn’s Chlorophyll Cleanser (Triple C)
- 3 Carrots
- 1 pear
- 1 whole lemon with skin
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2-3 leaves kale
- Half cucumber
- 1-2 inch ginger
Even though that this one was supposed to be bitter, it was sweet due to the pear, carrots and lemon. I followed this drink up with a meal containing some fresh pressed garlic into my sauce. I do need a toothbrush stat!! haha.
