Great Drink for Inflammation : Turmeric Sunrise

I adapted this recipe due to what I had on hand and it was super tasty. If you click on the link above you can learn about all of the benefits you get from this mix.

Here is my adaptation of it:

> 10 oz coconut water
> 1 pear
> 2 apples
> 3 carrots
> 1 whole lemon with skin
> 1-2in ginger root
> 1/2 cucumber
> 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

This was one tasty drink and so good for those who suffer with intestinal inflammation from Crohn’s and Colits. Pass this one on to others!!
