Juicing: Potential Crohn’s Cure

Image

This is one of the most creative mixes that I have created thus far.  All of the ingredients in this mix have the potential to heal your Crohn’s/Colitis and or other health issues.  This is so jam packed with vitamins, anti-oxidants and phytonutrients. This is so great for your entire body and it was sweet.

I am now approaching the 6 month mark with ZERO Pentasa and I have never missed a day of juicing since starting.  I will say that juicing does not place you into remission, but rather it heals and stops the endless cycle.  My color is super healthy, my energy is high, my stomach is quiet and my weight is up.  My mind is clear and focused and I only visit the bathroom often for #1 as juicing is a diuretic.

Here are the ingredients for this latest mix:

  • 4 purple carrots
  • 1 pear
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow beet with skin
  • beet greens
  • 2-3 leaves of kale
  • 1-2 inch ginger

I hope you are well and I hope you are willing to try this lifestyle out.  It is always worth a shot!

  1. I love reading your blog. Sorry I have not acknowledged this sooner. I wish I had found juicing 20+ years ago when I was diagnosed with Crohn’s. I have been in surgical remission for about 20 years, thankfully. However, it would have been nice to avoid the several surgeries, medications and hospital stays I suffered with for two years.. I have been juicing every day for over two years now. I feel great and hope to avoid any other diseases. Thanks for sharing your story and juice recipes. I wish you continued health.

    • I am so glad that you have made the commitment to juice each day and for that long. Great job! Thank you for you kind comments about the blog. My main goal is to wake everyone up as I did and realize that we can heal this thing and reverse all the damage in a natural way. Keep it up and thank you again:):)
