Green Juice Week/Month Begins!!!

In thinking about how healing and nourishing green juices are,  I have decided to do a full 30 day personal challenge.  I always feel fantastic after drinking these amazing combos that 7 days just seemed too short for me:)

If you have Crohn’s Disease or any other gastrointestinal problem, consider trying this out for the full 30 days.   You too might feel the complete reversal of this disease as I have felt.  Plus it is really good for your body anyway. 

Day 1 : 2 Cups Pineapple, 5 kale Leaves, 1 Cucumber , an inch of ginger

Day 2 : 5 Handfuls of Spinach, 3 Kale Leaves, 3 Celery Stalks, ½ Cucumber, ½ Lemon, 2 Fuji Apples

Day 3 : ½ Head of Romaine, 1 Handful of Spinach, 2 Kale Leaves, 10 Sprigs of Cilantro,  2 Apples , ½ Lime

Day 4 : 1 Cucumber, 1 Granny Smith Apple, ½ Cup of Pineapple, 4 Kale Leaves, 3 Swiss Chard Leaves

Day 5 : 1 Orange, ½ Cucumber, 3 Celery Stalks, ½ Lemon, 1 Fuji Apple

Day 6 : 2 Handfuls of Spinach, 4 Kale Leaves, 1 Cup Pineapple, 1 Small Handful of Mint Leaves, 2 Granny Smith Apples (Green)

Day 7 : 2 Celery Stalks, ½ Cucumber, 3 Swiss Chard Leaves, 2 Kale Leaves, 1-2 Apples

    • Hey Shauna, I eat normal meals, but I am gluten/dairy free. I juice 1x per day on an empty stomach so it goes right into my blood stream. I then eat a snack before a big dinner. Food that I eat is low on the fiber and very lightly processed – real foods. A lot of brown rice or pasta made of brown rice, chicken, ham, eggs ect.. a few ingredients on the label.
