Juicing for Weight Loss!!


Every video I watch, and every success story I read, has something to do with great weight loss while going on a juicing challenge.  Now you still have to watch your diet and go easy on heavy fats, but juicing will help to get you to the next level.  The leafy green vegetables and herbs are what you want in your juice daily to see a large decrease in weight.  These are the most nutrient dense food items on the planet and they do many wonderful things for your body, in addition to weight loss.  Include parsley, cilantro, kale, spinach, collard greens, beet greens, dandelion and mint into your daily juice.  Once in a while you can just add them all to get a power cleanse for your blood, cells and overall body.  When making a fully green juice, always try to add lemon and ginger.  Lemon is another powerhouse for losing weight!! I include ginger in every juice I make because it is fantastic for everything under the sun!!! Give it a try – nothing to lose but weight:)

  1. Ok Nick, you have me convinced! We are going to start a juice challenge in the next few days! We have a juicer and use it from time to time, but haven’t ever done so consistently. I am inspired by your story! Will check back and let you know how it goes 🙂

    • That is great news!! Try to do it once a day at the same time as part of your routine. I like to do it as soon as I get home. Check out the Juice RX app on your phone possibly. Great app for recipes. Please let me know how it all goes for you:):)
